Our Programs
True North Treatment Center offers a wide range of treatment interventions and counseling services. We are committed to helping you and your family determine which interventions will be most meaningful in supporting you and your family.
Individual Therapy
The foundation of True North Treatment Center is built upon providing individual counseling specific to the therapeutic needs of every person. Initially, we spend a significant amount of time initially assessing which of our therapists would be the best possible fit for everyone that comes to our agency. We believe that developing an authentic therapeutic relationship with your therapist is an integral part of the therapeutic process. Individual counseling consists of meeting a clinician for a regularly scheduled weekly appointment.
Family Therapy
True North Treatment Center focuses on helping children of all ages and families work through challenging times. While sometimes it is more effective to work with an individual family member, it can also be beneficial (and sometimes necessary) to work with the entire family system.
Group Therapy
True North Treatment center also offers a variety group counseling services. We believe that participation in group counseling can be an additional layer of support for children, adolescents, and families who often times thrive in a group environment.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to provide a heightened level of care for adolescents needing additional structure in addressing their mental health and substance use struggles while managing their everyday lives. IOP is a 6-8 week program, based on medical necessity, and can be significantly beneficial for individuals stepping down from inpatient or residential treatment or a way to prevent needing a higher level of care.
