Co-Occurring Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence-based care for adolescents navigating mental health and substance use challenges while maintaining daily life. It is designed for individuals who require more intensive support than what’s typically offered in traditional outpatient settings. It is ideal for adolescents seeking an alternative to the extremes of regular outpatient therapy and inpatient treatment stays. Our 8-week IOP allows participants to engage in a comprehensive treatment plan while maintaining their everyday activities and responsibilities. Our team addresses co-occurring issues through a comprehensive and customized curriculum encompassing Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) adherence, psychoeducational groups, and other therapeutic interventions, all delivered by a highly qualified clinical team. The majority of our therapists have undergone extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to ensure they offer the best support possible for managing and recovering from trauma.
