True North Treatment Center is in-network with many local insurance providers and can also bill out-of-network plans. We work with most major insurance companies and are happy to bill on your behalf.

If you prefer to self-pay, we accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

We currently accept: Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Prominence, Universal Health Network, UnitedHealthcare (Optum), Hometown Health Plan, Medicaid Fee For Service, UMR, and select Trust Funds & Unions (Electrical, Northern Nevada Labor, Plumbers & Pipe Fitters).
