Insurance & Payment

Our services may be covered in full or in part by your insurance or employee benefit plan. True North Treatment Center is an “In-Network” provider for many of the local insurance plans and will be able to bill “Out of Network” for others. We work with most large insurance companies and are happy to bill your insurance company on your behalf.

If you would prefer to self-pay, we accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash.

We recognize that determining your benefits and eligibility can sometimes be overwhelming. It can be difficult to know what questions to ask and how to get the pertinent information you need. We are happy to help you with this process and will gather your insurance information when you call us at 775-870-5027.

If you prefer to inquire about your health benefits and eligibility directly, we have provided you with a list of questions you should specific to your mental health and/or substance abuse options (sometimes they differentiate depending on your insurance plan).

  • What are my mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is my co-pay per session?
  • Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?
  • Does my insurance coverage require a pre-authorization?
